| You guys do good work, and you are very affordable, which is always appreciated. But honestly I have considered taking my business elsewhere this year, because you guys are also really good at making people feel stupid when it comes to their cars. I don?t know much about cars and how they work, and I don?t have a lot of money to get my car fixed when something breaks. You and your staff have made asides and disparaging comments, and have even shown me condescension when I have brought my car in to you. It is not appreciated. You have my business for now, and I will be bringing it in to you soon because there is work that needs to be done and I have a stimulus check coming my way. But I?m not looking forward to giving you my business, because I never know what kind of attitude I will receive from you and your staff. |
