| We really like Northfield Auto Care. They always treat us fair and always recommend the RIGHT fix. We had taken our Subaru to the dealer as the AC wasn't working. They said it was a leak and quoted us over $800. Northfield Auto Care explained that they diligently checked for a leak, but there was not a distinguishable leak they could find and did not want to fix something that did not appear to be broken. They recharged the AC and it still works perfectly. They saved us $700 ish bucks and told us if we had further trouble they'd be happy to look at it again. We just recently brought in our older car, this fix was spendier but they were very thorough in explaining what exactly they fixed and what the different components do. We've been very impressed and satisfied customers! The shop is clean, all of the mechanics we've met have been friendly, professional, and thorough. They're quick too in our experience. |

| Very friendly knowledgeable staff. They let you know what's wrong before they fix it. And then if money is tight they will give you plenty of options on how you could save on parts or repair costs by giving suggestions on what repairs are not absolutely necessary for the vehicle. |

| The repairs were done in a timely manner and the price was fair. This was an unplanned drop off at the end of the day, so understandably they couldn't get to it right away. However, the repair was completed by the end of the next business day. |
